Resources

The following are my most helpful links for anyone on this path:

Books I recommend: Here’s a list of my favorite personal growth & spirituality books that I’ve gotten a lot of value from.

Free Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Course – in full:
Palouse Mindfulness – an online MBSR training course that is 100% free, created by a fully certified MBSR instructor, and is based on the program founded by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.

Joe Dispenza meditations – there are a lot of his meditations to be found on YouTube, but these are my favorites (commercial-free) that I use often.

1 hour guided hypnotic meditation to relieve Negative Thoughts:
I found this meditation over 10 years ago to help exit the loop of negative thought rumination, and I found it incredibly helpful. (*All resources are meant as a supplement to professional help. If you struggle with mental health or negative thinking, please seek professional guidance)

Ananda Mandala Kundalini Chakra meditation:
A powerful breathwork meditation which activates the chakras. It’s best done in a group, but can be done alone as well. (Warning: This meditation is not suitable for pregnant women or people with cardiac issues or other preexisting conditions. Kundalini Awakening is very powerful. Meditate at your own risk.)

Jess Heslop’s Reprogramming Meditations to help you sleep: These are affirmations that I find put me in a great energetic space to drift off to sleep with. She has quite a few playlists, but I find her “Reprogramming playlist” most helpful for sleep, and there many topics to choose from.
